  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured we have a 90-day money back guarantee from the date you received your product.

  • Pop us an email at hello@boosh.co.nz within the timeframe, so we can resolve any issues. (The trimmer not cutting my outdoor hedges will not be viewed as a legitimate reason for a refund.)

    You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.

    We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via a registered post service, and that you pre-pay all postage.

    You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to track/insure your parcel. Boosh Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit if you choose not to insure.

  • Orders processed within 24 hours.

    Express shipping: 1–5 business days (New Zealand).

    Australia: Expect delivery in 7–15 business days.

    Weekends & holidays? No shipments, just well-earned rest.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50.

    For orders under $50, shipping costs are auto-calculated at checkout based on your details, so you’ll see the total before you pay.

  • Got an issue with your order? We’ve got you.

    Email hello@boosh.co.nz within 15 days of delivery with:

    • Your name, order number, and email
    • A brief explanation of the issue
    • A photo (if there’s a defect)

    We’ll sort it and get your sorted straight away.
