90-day-pain-free Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured we have a 90-day money back guarantee from the date you received your trimmmer.

This includes products that have been opened and used - we expect you gave the trimmer a couple of uses before deciding 'nah, not for me!'.

  • Pop us an email at hello@boosh.co.nz within the timeframe, so we can resolve any issues. (The trimmer not cutting my outdoor hedges will not be viewed as a legitimate reason for a refund.)

    You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.

    We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via a registered post service, and that you pre-pay all postage.

    You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to track/insure your parcel. Boosh Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit if you choose not to insure.

  • Boosh has your back, but we also like to keep things fair.

    We may need to verify your purchase before approving any Guarantee claims. If requested, you’ll need to provide valid proof of purchase (because, you know, order confirmations exist for a reason).

    If we suspect fraud or find that the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is being abused, we have the right to decline requests.

    This guarantee applies only to original buyers and does not cover wholesale orders. And while we hope it never happens, Boosh can update or retire this policy whenever necessary.
