Returns Process

1. Return Policy

Not happy with the Boosh Trimmer? We have a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Returns Process

Please ensure your return request meets all the conditions below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be include everything in the box and in its original packaging. In the instance your product arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please follow the normal return process below within 30 days of receiving the item. 

To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page, alternatively contact hello@boosh.co.nz. In the request please include:

  1. Your Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Product purchased
  4. A summary of the reason for the return

Please allow up to 5 working days for a response to your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed using the payment method used with the order.

3. Return Guidelines

  1. You will choose your desired courier service and pay the cost of return shipping. We do not cover the cost of return shipping nor do we accept in-person returns. Orders returned in person are not eligible for a refund at this stage.
  2. Your return must include either an active return tracking number or a photo of your package clearly labeled with a return destination and postage.
  3. We are not responsible for any misplaced or lost items during the return process before the item has physically entered our premises.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at  hello@boosh.co.nz.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days using the normal return process, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product Limited Warranty

1. Limited Warranty

Subject to the terms of this warranty statement, Boosh Limited (“Boosh”) warrants to the original purchaser of a Boosh product (“the Product”) that the Product will, subject to compliance with the conditions below, be free from defects due to defective manufacturing or materials. For the avoidance of doubt, the Product will not be defective for the purposes of this warranty to the extent that the Product is performing or operating within any applicable tolerance or rating (or similar) levels as set out in Boosh's relevant published literature current at the time of purchase. Boosh warrants to the original purchaser of any accessories in respect of the Product supplied by Boosh that such accessories will be free from defects due to defective manufacturing or materials.

2. Conditions of warranty

Boosh will not be liable for breach of warranty unless the claimant has a valid claim and submits a claim in writing to Boosh. The written claim must be made within 30 days after the defect would have become reasonably apparent. To approve your warranty claim, the following conditions must be met: (a) you must have purchased the product from Boosh.co.nz or an authorised Boosh dealer; (b) proof of purchase; (c) the name, (d) physical address, (e) phone number and/or email address of the purchaser. If requested your product must be returned to Boosh, and you must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the instructions.

If a defect occurs under these circumstances and during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. Normal wear and tear including minor scratches or fading of color are not covered under this warranty. We may not be able to replace limited edition or discontinued products. If not, we will replace these products with an equivalent model based on availability. We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

4.  Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim within the 1-Year warranty period specified above, please visit our Contact page, alternatively contact hello@boosh.co.nz. In the request please provide the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Order Number (if purchased directly from Boosh.co.nz) or name of the seller (if the product was purchased from an authorised Boosh dealer)
  3. product purchased,
  4. proof of product purchase date,
  5. whether the package is opened or unopened, and
  6. Description of the problem you are experiencing. 

If your claim information is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to you. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your product and are processing your request. We generally will notify you of our decision regarding your warranty claim within 5 to 10 business days after receiving your product.
